How long does the delivery take?

Delivery takes from 5 to 20 business days. We are a proud member of slow fashion movement. Zero waste policy is very important to us, so every item is handcrafted after order.

Can i return an item if i don't like it?

Yes, returns are free and easy. You can return free of charge through DHL within 30 days of their delivery. In order to return the product, you should contact us at returns@maslaus.com

It is also possible to change the shoes to another size or model for free. In the event that you decide to exchange and we do not have the required shoes in stock, they are made on an urgent basis and delivered within a few days. Our team will tell you the exact deadline in each specific case.

Yes, our shoes are made only from genuine leather. And in the production process, we use only the highest quality shoe components with certificates of sustainability and impact on nature.
